Crystal jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao
It is located at Marina square #02-138, their number is 6338 2212 ,they open daily at 11.am to 10.00pm

Displaying the part of kitchen, customer could see how they make the famous la mian while walking to the place we seated. The dim orange light made your food become more appetizing and enjoyable. Next to the seat , the wooden decoration made you feel the traditional culture of the Chinese. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.




Before beginning the meal, the waiter or waitress will serve you a cup of tea and a small dish of peanuts which makes me addicated to the teste and tempted to eat the next peanut, it is soft and tasty. lt’s free!(;







It has the famous traditional dishes and the hand made noodles as known as la mian. There are many kinds of flavours you can choose from, soup or dry. What I recommended was minced meat and mushroom in spicy sauce. The length of the noodle is equal, springy and thin, besides, the onion is specially put in a big spoon as customers have different taste preferences, thus, onion and noodle is separated, so if the customer doesn’t like onions, they could choose not to put in it. I could say that the restaurant is very thoughtful on this. The bowl that is use to contain the noodle is quite deep and big , it leaves a deep impression on the customer when they enjoying the noodle. Want to try the spicy taste jion with the springy la mian? Delectable!

The xiao long bao as know as soup dumplings are awesome ! They are juicy and not too oily , I also like the fact that are meaty and not too dainty ,dipped it with light soya sauce and ginger and placed the whole dumpling into my mouth. Hmm…Yummy! And they are gone in an instant .

I love the fried French bean with pork and chilli , the sweet-salty flavour and crunchy texture paired nicely with the rice .

What I love the most is the pumkin cake ,it is not too sweet, you can smell the aroma from far away. The skin is golden brown drizzled with olive oil but inside is soft , a nice and fluffy with the cinnamon sugar added on it. Warning! It’s hot!

The service is fast and perfessional. It is the restaurant that many people recommend and suggested. Other than noodles, dumplings, dishes and cakes, it also has desserts like mango cream with sago and pomelo, highly recommended . many other dishes like fried rice and rice soup are also tasty and delicious.
Overall a family about five person, cost $90,not included GST 7%. Its not too expensive, just nice for a family.

i always angry wif small small thing,i noe tat tis is my bad habbit,but there is one ppl so caring about me when i was sad,she is my honey laogong,i love her forever. today chinese oral i very claim but still got some where reading wrong but picture discussion very sucessful(:hope tmr also very luky,dun wan male teacher test me,pls.haha.after tat i accompany my di go bus stop,laogong also acccompany him,then we three chat tgt happily. hope laogong can forget about him cuz ur laopo always be here for u,i noe u love him but he no longer be urs ,cherr up
